Ways to Give

The Columbus Medical Association Foundation (CMAF) serves as the charitable gift recipient organization for individuals, families, and organizations who wish to support the funding priorities of the CMAF or medical, health, and wellness issues and organizations they identify.

CMAF's professional staff can guide and assist donors and their advisors to develop charitable gift plans that meet their philanthropic goals and interests.

Giving Options

Donors may contribute to the Foundation in support of specific initiatives identified by the Foundation Board of Trustees, existing funds at the Foundation, or to the Foundation's unrestricted grantmaking. Donors can also create personalized charitable funds to support a specific medical, health, and wellness issue, area of interest, or an organization that provides health related services.

Ways to Give

Gifts to the Foundation can be made in the form of:

  • Cash
  • Securities
  • Real estate
  • Retirement plan assets
  • Tangible personal property
  • LLC and limited partnership interests

Gifts can also be made through the use of the following estate planning vehicles:

  • Bequests
  • Life insurance
  • Charitable Remainder Trusts
  • Charitable Lead Trusts
  • Life Estate greements

    We accept credit card gifts over the phone using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Contact Ann Eliot Naille, Development and Program Administrator, at (614) 240-7420 ext. 4410. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.
